Our Team

Alex is a former Marine and is a mold technician on the Enviro Decon team. He brings
discipline, dedication, and a strong work ethic to every job. Outside of work, Alex enjoys cooking, and his most recent creation was a Kraft Dinner with a can of Pepsi and a Poptart to wash it down

Andrew is the General Manager at Enviro Decon. Before stepping into this leadership role, he worked as an inspector, which gave him a passion for mold remediation and serving customers. Andrew is passionate about supporting the team and ensuring operations run smoothly. As a proud father of eight children - yes, you did read it right, EIGHT little buggers -he's no stranger to hard work and dedication, both at home and on the job.

Benton is also at Enviro Decon as a mold technician and is quickly becoming an integral part of the team. When he's not on the job, Benton enjoys playing hockey and going fishing, hoping one day to become subpar at both of these. His enthusiasm and willingness to learn make him a great addition to the crew.

Danny has been at the company for a long time. He is a technician at Enviro Decon. He has a large heart and has many aspirations to further his career and life. He is dedicated to running and has a sub-17-minute 5k. The owner, Randy Bierlein actual was actually the one who married Danny to his wife.

Evan is the Web and IT Administrator at Enviro Decon. He keeps our digital operations running smoothly and helps ensure our technology stays up to date. When he's not troubleshooting tech issues, Evan enjoys playing video games, maybe a little too much.. He is currently a senior at Western Michigan University, working hard toward earning his bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems.

Gary has been with Enviro Decon for 14 years and has served as a foreman for nearly all of that time. He's passionate about the outdoors and loves spending timeplaying Big Buck Hunter Arcade game. Gary is also a big fan of trail cameras - so if you're in the woods, you might just be on one of them! His deep experience and strong leadership make him a key part of our team.

Jake has been part of the Enviro Decon team for 9 years. He began his career as a mold remediation technician and, through hard work and dedication, has progressed to his current role as a foreman. Outside of work, Jake enjoys working on his matchbox cars and spending quality time with his daughter, which he considers his greatest joy.

Norman, fondly known as "Stormin' Normin," is the Shop Manager at Enviro Decon and a proud veteran. He plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly by making sure the team has everything they need to get the job done right. His reliability and resourcefulness, make him an indispensable part of our crew.

Wendi has been Enviro Decon's office administrator for the past year and is truly the glue that holds everything together. She manages customer communications, organizes scheduling, and ensures everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. Wendi also bravely handles the daily chaos of keeping the rest of us in line which is no small task!
